Refund Policy

Travel Program: No refunds to travel players who drop out for any reason after Team Formation, Except for Injury. 

All Deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE once Travel Team Invitations are accepted. This applies to the following:

  1. Travel Teams of all Levels.
  2. Any transfers to the Recreational Program 

Recreational K-8 Program: No Refunds once Late Fee is enforced for Registrations

Little Kickers: No Refunds after first weekend

All Programs: Injury Refunds will be prorated per game up to a maximum amount of 50% of the paid registration. Coaches, team managers, and/or board members are not authorized, and cannot refund, or promise a refund from the club. A Processing fee of $10.00 will be deducted from all refund requests.
