This Applies to Travel and Instructional Parents / Players
Hello Parents, Coaches and Managers,
We have a new player pick up policy and procedure that MUST be adhered to!
Each Travel team must assign an adult Team Chaperone
(Coach, asst, manager, parent) for every practice to ensure all
players are picked up after practice by the appropriate guardian!
(This applies to Instructional Teams with Set Teams also)
Or the parent must stay with the child at practice / training.
For Instructional Parents without set teams, you must stay with your child at training sessions during the week.
ALL
parents with Children on Set Teams must get out of their cars and "show
their face" in order for Team Chaperone to release the player from the
field!
Please do your very best to adhere strictly to this policy and advise us of any issues.
The Safety of your Child is first and foremost.
